The Platform is intended as a supplementary revision tool. It does not replace formal NEET coaching, schooling, or official study materials. Neetdaily makes no guarantee of any specific exam result or score.
New Premium subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You must authorise a payment method at sign-up. No charge is made during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the full subscription amount on Day 8.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You authorise ERA Media Works (via Razorpay) to charge your payment method on each renewal date. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days. If payment is not recovered, your subscription will be downgraded to the free tier. Your data and streak are preserved for 30 days to allow reactivation.
ERA Media Works may modify subscription prices. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after the price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
The free tier provides access to 3 sessions per week at no charge, with no time limit. ERA Media Works reserves the right to modify the free tier benefits (session count, features available) at any time with 14 days notice. Existing free users will not be charged without their explicit consent.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Platform for your own NEET preparation only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sublicence, sell, or create derivative works from any Neetdaily content.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, ERA Media Works' total liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion terminates your subscription at the end of the current billing period.
ERA Media Works may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. In the event of service discontinuation, we will provide 30 days notice and a pro-rata refund for unused prepaid subscription periods.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
