Refund Policy

1. Monthly Subscription (Rs. 499/month)

• Refund window: 7 days from the billing date
• Eligibility: You must have used fewer than 5 sessions since the billing date
• How to request: Email support@neetdaily.com with subject "Refund Request — Monthly" within 7 days of charge
• Processing time: 5–7 business days to original payment method
• After 7 days: No refund — subscription continues until end of billing period

2. Annual Subscription (Rs. 3,999/year)

• Refund window: 14 days from the billing date
• Eligibility: You must have used fewer than 10 sessions since the billing date
• How to request: Email support@neetdaily.com with subject "Refund Request — Annual" within 14 days
• Processing time: 5–7 business days to original payment method
• After 14 days: No refund — annual access continues until the end of the annual period

3. 7-Day Free Trial

• No charge is made during the 7-day free trial
• You will be charged on Day 8 if you do not cancel before the trial ends
• To avoid being charged: cancel anytime before Day 8 from Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel
• If you forget to cancel and are charged on Day 8, you may request a refund within 48 hours of that charge — we will honour it once per account

4. Mock Test Packs (Rs. 99–249)

• Before accessing content: Full refund within 24 hours of purchase
• After accessing any content: No refund — digital content has been delivered
• Access is defined as opening any mock test or downloading any content from the pack
• How to request: Email support@neetdaily.com within 24 hours with your order ID

5. Parent Dashboard Add-On (Rs. 99/month)

• Same policy as Monthly Subscription — 7-day refund window
• If bundled as a Family Bundle, the bundle is treated as a single subscription for refund purposes

6. B2B Institutional Licences

Refunds for coaching institute and school licences are governed by the terms of the individual contract signed between ERA Media Works and the institution. Generally:

• 30-day pilot periods are free — no refund needed
• Paid licences: pro-rata refund for unused full months if cancelled with 30 days written notice
• Annual prepaid contracts: no refund after 30 days of contract start

7. How to Request a Refund

1. Email support@neetdaily.com
2. Subject line: "Refund Request — [Plan name]"
3. Include: your registered email, order/transaction ID (from your receipt), reason for refund
4. We will acknowledge within 24 hours and process within 5–7 business days
5. Refund will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking)

8. Cancellation (Without Refund)

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Your data, streak, and progress are retained for 30 days after the subscription ends — allowing easy reactivation.

9. Failed Payment Reversal

If a payment is deducted from your account but your subscription is not activated (a rare technical failure), contact us within 48 hours. We will either activate your subscription or issue a full refund — your choice.
